An implementation regulation is a regulation in which employers offer reimbursements to their employees for a specific version of prescription screen glasses. As an orderer with us, you can choose which versions of prescription screen glasses you want to reimburse for your employees. We will draw up an implementation regulation which clearly states which models will be reimbursed and which will not. This information is clearly stated on the order form that your employees take to the store, so that the opticians in the shop never deviate from these versions. Moreover, we inform your employees in advance of any additional costs when deviating from the chosen versions, so that they can make well-considered choices and surprises are avoided.
In the amount regulation, the employer determines a fixed amount for the reimbursement of screen glasses for his employees. If an employee chooses glasses that are more expensive than the amount agreed upon, the employee can be charged for the additional costs.
