If it is found that prescription screen glasses can reduce the complaints, the employer has the obligation to make them available.

Yes, monitor glasses are a health and safety provision according to article Handboek Loonheffingen 2024 edition April 2024 article 22.1.9. A targeted exemption applies to occupational health and safety provisions, which is not at the expense of your free allowance under the work-related costs scheme.
